Brenda Jayne joined Aronson in 1984 and has served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer since 1999. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
As the Partner in charge of the firm’s Internal Accounting department, she is responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, tax filings and all around record-keeping of the firm as well as financial reporting to firm management. In addition to her role as CFO, she serves as the FINOP of Aronson Capital Advisors LLC, a FINRA registered broker/dealer which houses the merger and acquisitions consulting practice. Prior to becoming CFO, Brenda worked with clients, specializing in real estate, construction and small businesses with a special interest in taxation, and she assisted with other firm administrative matters, including scheduling and improvement of processes and procedures.
